RETROMOTIVE REFUND POLICY

Refunds

Change of Mind:  We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind following your purchase of the Goods. Please choose carefully, refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind. We recommend you carefully consider the Goods before proceeding with your final order. If you make an error, please contact us immediately for assistance at nathan@retromotive.com.au 

Faults:  Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.   

Refund Process

If we agree in writing to allow you a refund for any defect-free goods following your change of mind, please ensure the following steps are followed:

  • Provide any information or documents required by us in order to process the refund.
  • Please wait for our email reply and we will send you instructions to follow the refund process.
  • The value of the refund (less any applicable fee or expense) will be credited to your account with 14 working days. 
  • Our intention is to ensure that the refund process is easy, efficient and cost-efficient for all parties.
